Original antique pencil drawing on paper of Meldon Park in Northumberland, from a collection of drawings by Charles Greenwood and Frederick Peake produced between 1840-1850. Inscribed 'Meldon Park, Meldon Hall Isaac Cookson, Esq'. A view of the mansion with trees, gardens and people walking along pathway in foreground. Pencil, heightened with black and white water colour. Very good condition (see images). Size 31 x 22.5cm. Meldon Park is a Grade II listed property, designed by John Dobson and completed in 1835 and later remodelled in the 20th Century by Edwin Lutyens.
