About Us
Established in 1997, Rostron & Edwards began supplying early Country Life magazines to owners of country houses and historic buildings world-wide.
Our clientele include national institutions such as English Heritage, The National Trust, Historic Royal Palaces, V&A Musuem, The Wallace Collection and private owners and occupiers of many of the finest historic buildings in the world.
For over twenty five years we have also specialised in rare antiquarian books and fine works of art on paper, predominantly on architecture, country houses and seats of the nobility & gentry.
Our archives include one of the largest collections of early Country Life magazine in the UK and we supply original issues from the first year of publication in 1897 to present day. These issues have become valuable historical records for restorers, historians, property owners and collectors.
