An original very early issue of Country Life magazine dated September 6th 1919 featuring a main article on Thorpe Hall in Northamptonshire, the Seat of Brigadier General Strong (Part 1), a ten page article with black and white illustrations of the property and gardens. This issue is in very good condition with a lovely portrait frontispiece of The Countess of Lisburne.
