An original very early issue of Country Life magazine dated July 16th 1910 featuring a main article on The Villa Sylvia, The property of Mr Ralph Curtis, located in Alpes Maritimes in the French Riviera. Containing an eight page write up on the history of the Villa with gardens designed by Mr Harold Peto, black and white photograph illustrations of the villa (exterior and interior) and gardens. This issue is in good condition with a lovely portrait frontispiece of Viscountess Acheson.
