An original issue of Country Life magazine dated January 14th 1928 featuring a main article on Villa Rosemary, Alpes Maritimes on the French Riviera, the residence of The Hon. Sir John Ward. Contains a seven page write up on the Villa and gardens designed by Mr Harold Peto and the history of Cap Ferrat with black and white photograph illustrations throughout of the house exterior, interior and gardens.  This issue is in very good condition with a lovely portrait frontispiece of Lady Brisco.
