Original rare war-time issue of Country Life magazine for November 30th 1940 featuring a main article on Sudeley Castle (Part-2) in Gloucestershire, The Seat of Major J. H. Dent-Brocklehurst. The Castle was was built by Ralph Boteler in the mid-fifteenth century. This issue contains a six page write up including black and white illustrations of the gardens at Sudeley Castle. This magazine is in very good condition with a portrait frontispiece of T.R.H. The Duke and Duchess of Kent, with Prince Edward and Princess Alexandra and their dog Mouff.
