An original very early issue of Country Life Magazine dated March 20th 1909 featuring a main article on Apethorpe Hall (Part 1) in Northamptonshire. The Seat of Mr. Leonard Brassey. Nine page write up with black and white illustrations of the property exterior and estate, the interior of the dining room and entrance hall. This issue is in very good condition with a lovely portrait frontispiece of the Duchess of Sutherland.
