North Seaton Hall, Ashington

Antique pencil drawing on paper of North Seaton Hall, Ashington in Northumberland from a collection of drawings by Charles Greenwood and Frederick Peake produced between 1840-1850. Inscribed 'North Seaton'. A view of the hall with fields, trees and cattle in the foreground. Pencil, heightened with white watercolour wash. Very good condition (see images). Size 31 x 18cm. 

North Seaton, noted to be the architect John Dobson's first commission in 1813. The house was demolished in the 1960's.
