Great Hundridge Manor (Part 1), The Home of Mr. William Heywood Haslam

Original rare war-time issue of Country Life magazine for February 15th 1941 featuring a main article on Great Hundridge Manor in Buckinghamshire, the home of Mr. William Heywood Haslam. The Manor was built in 1696 by William Hobbs, apothecary of London and additions and alterations in 1933 by Clough Williams-Ellis. This issue contains a five page write up including black and white illustrations of the Manor exterior, grounds and interior. This magazine is in very good condition with a portrait frontispiece of The Hon. Priscilla Brett.
