An original Country Life magazine dated December 8th 1900 featuring a main article titled 'Munstead House and its Mistress' (Munstead Wood designed by Sir Edwin Lutyens for Miss Gertrude Jekyll and completed in 1896).  A ten page write up on the design and development of the house and gardens with black and white photograph illustrations of the property (interior, exterior, gardens, woodlands and grounds). This issue is in very good condition with a lovely portrait frontispiece of The Hon. Violet Vivian.
