Published in 1686 for Robert Plot's antiquarian volume covering the history of Staffordshire. Engraved by Michael Burghers, titled and with coat of arms above. Michael Burghers (c. 1653-1727) was a Dutch line engraver born in Amsterdam and lived in Oxford, England from 1673. He was commissioned by the aristocracy to creat estate plans, illustrations of country houses and maps.
