Woodside House, Rickmansworth, the Residence of Adeline Duchess of Bedford

Very early issue of Country Life magazine dated March 30th 1901 featuring a main article on Woodside House, Chenies, Rickmansworth in Hertforshire. A five page write up on the History of Woodside, the home of the Duchess of Bedford at the time of publication. Black and white photograph illustrations of the property and gardens including views of The House, The Pond Court, The Water Garden, The Terrace and more.  This issue is in very good condition with a lovely portrait frontispiece of Mrs Alfred Vanderbilt.
