Welbeck Abbey, the Seat of The Duke of Portland
An original very early issue of Country Life magazine dated April 21st 1906 featuring a main article on Welbeck Abbey, the Seat of the Duke of Portland. Containing a seven page detailed write up on the history of the Abbey with black and white photograph illustrations of interior, including the Swan Drawing Room, Titchfield Library, The Gallery of Prints, The Gothic Hall, and the Red Drawing Room, etc. This issue is in very good condition with a lovely portrait frontispiece of Mrs Hermione Drury.
