Weare Giffard, The Residence of Mr Colquitt Craven

Original very early issue of Country Life magazine dated January 2nd 1915 featuring a main article on Weare Giffard in Devonshire. Containing a nine page write up on the history of the house with black and white illustrations of the property exterior and interior (including images of The Hall, Henry VII Panelling and a Queen Anne Cabinet, Fireplaces, Staircases and furnishings. This issue is in very good condition with a lovely portrait frontispiece of The Countess of Kerry and her Children.
