An original very early issue of Country Life magazine dated October 3rd 1914 featuring a main article on Weald Hall in Essex. Eight page write up with black and white illustrations of the property and gardens including the interior and ceiling and mantel-piece by Robert Adam, a plan of the house in 1778 and a garden plan of 1738. This issue is in very good condition with a lovely portrait frontispiece of Lady Carson.
