Wakehurst Place, The Seat of Sir William Boord

An original very early issue of Country Life magazine dated July 2nd 1904 featuring a main article on Wakehurst Place, a four page write up on the history of Wakehurst Place, then the Seat of Sir William Boord, with black and white illustrations of the property interior (Plasterwork, Hall and Staircase, the Library and Drawing Room). This issue is in good condition with a lovely portrait frontispiece of Lady Mildred Follett.
