The Old Mansion (Heywood Manor), Boldre, the Property of Mr. & Mrs. H. G. Alexander

An original very early issue of Country Life magazine dated September 4th 1926 featuring a main article on The Old Mansion (Heywood Manor), Boldre in Hampshire, the property of Mr. & Mrs. H. G. Alexander. Restored and with additions by Sir Reginald Blomfield, contains a seven page write up with black and white illustrations of the house exterior and gardens, a sketch plan of the house and garden and illustration of the house before 1903. This issue is in very good condition with a lovely portrait frontispiece of The Hon. Stella Wynn.
