Stoke Rochford Park, the Seat of Mr E Turnor

An original very early issue of Country Life magazine dated November 9th 1901 featuring a main article on Stoke Rochford Hall in Grantham, Lincolnshire. The Seat of Mr E. Turnor. A five page write up with black and white illustrations of the estate and gardens. Country Life magazine commenced publication in 1897 and these early issues have become highly collectable and a valuable point of reference for owners, architects, restorers and historicans  This issue is in good condition with a lovely portrait frontispiece of Mrs Herbert Gladstone.
