St Leonards Hill, The Seat of Sir Francis Barry

An original very early issue of Country Life magazine dated March 23rd 1901 featuring a main article on St Leonards Hill at Clewer near Windsor in Berkshire. The Seat of Sir Francis Barry, Bt. A five page write up on the history of the house with black and white photograph illustrations of the property and gardens.  St Leonard's Hill was demolished in 1926. This issue is in good condition with a lovely portrait frontispiece of Lady Evelyn Ward.
