Spencer House (Part-1), The residence of Earl Spencer

An original very early issue of Country Life Magazine dated October 30th 1926 featuring a main article on Spencer House, St. James's Place in London (Part 1), the residence of Earl Spencer, eight page write up with black and white illustrations of the house interior, decor, furnishings and a ground floor plan. This issue is in very good condition with a lovely portrait frontispiece of Mlle.  Simone Thion De La Chaume and Mr. Roger Wethered.
