Original issue of Country Life magazine dated January 17th 1931 featuring an article 'the Lesser Country Houses of Today, on Southburn Close, Southburn Near Driffield in Yorkshire, Designed by Mr. John C. Proctor. A two page write up including black and white illustrations of the exterior, interior and a plan of the ground and bedroom floor. This magazine is in very good condition with a portrait frontispiece of Lady Cushendun.
