Country Life magazine dated May 28th 1927 featuring an article on A Lesser Country house 'Silver Birches, Purley in Surrey', with a two page write up including black and white illustrations of the house interior, exterior and floor plans. This magazine is in very good condition with a portrait frontispiece of a Mrs Edward Denis Rice.
