An original very early issue of Country Life Magazine dated February 3rd 1900 featuring a main article on Shipton Court in Oxfordshire, The Seat of Sir George Compton Reade. Six page write up with black and white illustrations of the exterior of the property and gardens. This issue is in good condition with a lovely portrait frontispiece of Mrs Harry McCalmont.
