Original issue of Country Life magazine for 29th September 1934 featuring an article on Raspit Hill, Near Sevenoaks in Kent (The Lesser Country Houses of To-day), Designed by Messrs Bailie Scott & Beresford, two page write up by Randal Phillips including black and white photographic illustrations of the house exterior, interior and plans. This issue is in good condition with a portrait frontispiece of the Countess of Haddington.
