Powis Castle in Montgomeryshire, the Seat of the Earl of Powis

An original Country Life magazine dated May 9th 1908 featuring a main article on Powis Castle, Montgomeryshire, The Seat of the Earl of Powis. Seven page write up on the history of the castle with many black and white photograph illustrations of the rooms and interior including The Dining Room, The State Bedchamber, The Tapestry Drawing Room, A Restoration Bedstead and The Staircase. This issue is in very good condition with a lovely portrait frontispiece of Mrs Cyril Fitzroy.
