An original very early issue of Country Life Magazine dated August 19th 1899 featuring a main article on Melbury House in Dorsetshire, The Seat of The Earl of Ilchester, with a six page write up with black and white illustrations of the country house, gardens and surroundings. This issue is in good condition with a lovely portrait frontispiece of Lady Ilchester.
