An original issue of Country Life magazine dated February 29th 1936 featuring Lucas's, Haywards Heath in Sussex, as restored and altered by Mr. John D. Clarke. (The Lesser Country Houses of Today). With a two page write up with black and white illustrations of the house exterior, interior and plans. This issue is in very good condition with a lovely portrait frontispiece of The Countess of Shrewsbury.
