An original very early issue of Country Life Magazine dated October 20th 1906 featuring a main article on Kirby Hall in Northamptonshire, The Seat of The Earl of Winchilsea and Nottingham, eight page write up with black and white illustrations of the property and gardens. This issue is in very good condition with a lovely portrait frontispiece of Miss Minnie Cochrane.
