An original very early issue of Country Life magazine dated October 12th 1901 featuring a main article on Grimston Park in Yorkshire with gardens designed by William Andrews Nesfield. Seven page write up with black and white illustrations of the property and gardens. This issue is in good condition with a lovely portrait frontispiece of Lady E Cotterell.
