An original Country Life magazine dated August 17th 1935 featuring a main article on Frinton Park Estate, Frinton-on-Sea in Essex, titled 'A Planned Seaside Resort' Designed by Mr Oliver Hill. A six page write up on the hotel and houses designed by the architect Oliver Hill, featuring houses, No. 33 on Warley Way with plans, No. 18 on the Leas with plans, houses in Quendon Way, details of the interiors with black and white photograph illustrations of the properties exteriors, interiors and plans, adverts for materials endorsed by Oliver Hill and a list of the principal sub-contractors at Frinton Park. This issue is in very good condition with a lovely portrait frontispiece of The Marchioness of Linlithgow.
