Ford Castle (part-1), the Property of Lord Joicey
Original rare war-time issue of Country Life magazine for January 11th 1941 featuring a main article on Ford Castle (part-1), the property of Lord Joicey. This castle has been destroyed four times and has been reconstructed eight times. This issue contains a four page write up including black and white illustrations of the castle exterior, grounds and a plan of the first floor. This magazine is in very good condition with a portrait frontispiece of Sheffield High School.
