Original Country Life magazine dated December 27th 1924 featuring a main article on Encombe House (Part 2) in Kent, the Residence of Mr and Mrs H. R. Phillipson. Designed by Mr Basil Ionides in 1922. This issue contains an eight page write up with black and white photographic illustrations of the property interior, furnishings, fixtures and fittings. This issue is in very good condition with a lovely portrait frontispiece of Mrs. Mary Scharlieb, M.D., M.S. Rare.
