An original very early issue of Country Life magazine dated December 30th 1899 featuring a main article on Eashing Park at Godalming in Surrey, The Seat of The Late Lord Penzance. Containing a six page write up with black and white illustrations of the property and gardens. This issue is in good condition with a lovely portrait frontispiece of Lady Grove and Children.
