Downside at Leatherhead, The Residence of Mr Alfred Tate

An original very early issue of Country Life Magazine dated September 17th 1898 featuring a main article on Downside at Leatherhead in Surrey, a four page write up with many black and white illustrations of the house (exterior) and gardens of Mr Tate. This issue is in very good condition with a lovely portrait frontispiece of Lady Newtown-Butler.
