Dorchester House (Part 2), Formerly the residence of Sir George Holford.

Country Life magazine dated May 12th 1928 featuring a main article on Dorchester House, Park Lane in London (Part 2), with a seven page write up including black and white illustrations of the mansion interior, decor and a sketch plan of first floor. Includes illustrations of  decorations and designs of the dining room by Alfred Stevens. The mansion was demolished in 1929 to make way for the new Dorchester Hotel. This magazine is in good condition with a portrait frontispiece of Mr Justice Avory.
