Doddington Hall, (Part 2) the Seat of Major Charles Jarvis

An original very early issue of Country Life magazine dated 10th October 1936, featuring a main article on Doddington (Part 2), the seat of Major Charles Jarvis.  A seven page write up on the history of the house with black and white photographs of the interior and exterior, the Don Quixote room, the Holly bedroom and great staircase.  This issue is in good condition with a lovely portrait frontispiece of Miss Jeanette Montagu-Douglas-Scott.
