Deerwood at Bickley, owned by Mr H James Yates

Original issue of Country Life magazine dated January 19th 1929 featuring an article - The Lesser Country Houses of Today -Deerwood at Bickley in Kent, forming part of the Bickley Park Estate and designed by Mr C. H. B. Quennell in 1913. This issue has a two page write up including black and white illustrations of the house exterior, interior, rooms and a plan. The magazine is in good condition with a portrait frontispiece of Lady Burghley.
