An original Country Life magazine dated May 17th 1919 featuring a main article on Gifford's Hall in Suffolk (Part 1), the Seat of Mr A. H. Fass. 6 page write up with black and white illustrations of the hall and gardens at Wickhambrook in Suffolk. Also featuring an article on The Old Court at Cranleigh and its reconstruction by Mr E. W. Marshall and occupied by Dr Monier Williams (two pages with black and white illustrations and a plan of the property). This issue is in very good condition with a lovely portrait frontispiece of Lady Sybil Phipps.
