An original very early issue of Country Life Magazine dated August 30th 1924 featuring a main article on Cotehele in Cornwall (Part 1), The Seat of The Earl of Mount Edgcumbe. A seven page write up on the history of Medieval Cotehele with black and white illustrations of the house, interior and gardens.  This article has an extensive write up with pictures of the building (interior and exterior) and garden as it was at that time. This issue is in good condition with a lovely portrait frontispiece of The Earl of Mount Edgcumbe at Cotehele.
