An original very early issue of Country Life Magazine dated January 15th 1898 featuring a main article on Castle Ashby in Northamptonshire, The Seat of The Marquis of Northampton, 3 page write up with black and white illustrations of the house exterior and gardens. This issue is in good condition with a lovely portrait frontispiece of Lady Ormonde and Lady Beatrice Butler.
