Berroc End at Buttersteep near Ascot

Original issue of Country Life magazine dated July 7th 1934 featuring an article on a Lesser Country House 'Berroc End' at Buttersteep on the Crown Estate of Swinley Forest near Ascot in Berkshire. Designed by Architects Pakington, Enthoven and Grey and built for Brigadier General H. Bateman-Champion, with a two page write up including black and white photographic illustrations of the exterior and interior and a sketch plan of the first floor and ground floor. This magazine is in very good condition with a  portrait frontispiece of H.H. The Maharaja of Nepal.
