An original very early issue of Country Life magazine dated November 26th 1927 featuring a main article on Beningbrough Hall in Yorkshire (Part 1 of 2). The Seat of The Earl of Chesterfield. Built during the period of Vanburgh's influence. An eight page write up with many black and white illustrations of the house exterior, interior, decor and sketch plan of the ground floor. This issue is in very good condition with a lovely portrait frontispiece of Lady Nunburnholme.
