A House in Middlesex, Designed by Darcy Braddell and Humphry Deane
Original issue of Country Life magazine dated April 7th 1934 featuring a main article on a house in Middlesex designed by Architects Darcy Braddell and Humphry Deane, built in a modern Georgian style, with white washed brick and concrete rendering, a six page write up on the design of the house including black and white photographic illustrations of the property, the exterior and interior (including a bathroom with marble and Lalique glass surround), the gatehouse and ground and first floor plans. This issue is in very good condition with a portrait frontispiece of Miss Angela Sykes.
