45 Berkeley Square, London, The Residence of the Earl of Powis

An original issue of Country Life magazine dated January 2nd 1937 featuring a main article on No. 45, Berkeley Square, London, till lately the residence of The Earl of Powis, five page write up with black and white illustrations of the house interior, decor and furnishings. This issue is in very good condition with a lovely portrait frontispiece of Lady Sylvia Maitland.
