Country Life magazine dated April 2nd 1948 featuring a main article on 15, Catherine Place, Westminster in London, The Residence of The Hon. James Borthwick. Designed by Mr. Robert Lutyens in 1938.  A four page write up with black and white illustrations of the house (interior, decor and furnishings, the garden behind and plans of the house). The magazine is in very good condition with a portrait frontispiece of Miss Patricia Buller.
