This one being a view of Mere Hall, Cheshire, The seat of T. J. Langford Brooke, Esq. Lithographed by William Gauci and Augustus Butler from the drawing by F. C. Terry. Published in 1850 for Edward Twycross. Image size approx 25 x 17cm. Titled and with coat of arms illustrated below. Good margins for framing. Very Good condition. One of two rare views of Mere New Hall in Cheshire built for Peter Langford Brooke and sadly mostly destroyed by fire in 1975, the prints show Mere Hall as it stood in 1850, this one being a close up view of the hall.
