Whitton Court, The Property of Miss Mills

An original very early issue of Country Life Magazine dated February 24th 1917 featuring a main article on Whitton Court in Shropshire, The Property of Miss Mills, a 4 page write up with black and white illustrations of the house and gardens. Also featuring a three page write up of a small country house of the 17th century 'Little Offley' in Hertfordshire, and its reparation by Messrs. Lucas & Lodge, with black and white illustrations of the house interior, exterior and ground floor plan. This issue is complete with house adverts and full original covers, in very good condition with a lovely portrait frontispiece of Miss Marigold Forbes.
