Original issue of Country Life magazine dated November 10th 1928 featuring an article 'the Lesser Country Houses of Today' on 'Chyngton Way', Seaford in Sussex'. A two page write up including black and white illustrations of the exterior, interior and decor of the building and plans of the house. This magazine is in very good condition with a portrait frontispiece of Sir Kynaston Studd, Lord Mayor of London.
