An original very early issue of Country Life magazine dated April 7th 1928 featuring a main article on Melbourne Hall in Derbyshire (Part-1), The Seat of Captain A. W. Kerr, R.N., with an eight page write up with many black and white illustrations of the house exterior, grounds and gardens. This issue is in very good condition with a lovely portrait frontispiece of His Grace The Archbishop of Canterbury.
