Original issue of Country Life magazine dated April 21st 1928 featuring a main article on Grosvenor House and Grosvenor Estate, London, with an eight page write up titled 'The Greatest Estates of London and their Development', including black and white photograph illustrations of Houses and flats on the Grosvenor Estate including 'flats in Grosvenor Square, No 44-50 Park Street, Upper Brook Fielde and No 64 Park Street by Wimperis, Simpson and Guthrie, Architects. This magazine is in very good condition with a portrait frontispiece of The Hon. Lois Sturt.
